Revenue Cycle Representative
Seeking a detail-oriented professional for a high-volume healthcare contact center focused on insurance, claims, and account resolution.
- Verify insurance eligibility and resolve denied claims
- Review EOBs, billing errors, and account discrepancies
- Handle approximately 5060 calls daily
- Contact center experience strongly preferred
- Billing, collections, revenue cycle, or banking experience valued
- Strong attendance, problem-solving, and accuracy required
