Responsibilities:- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to service
- Respond to patient and client inquiries regarding billing statements and account balances
- Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements:- Some experience with medical preferred but will train
- Prior experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare customer service preferred
- Familiarity with insurance verification, EOBs, and claims processing
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT codes, and DME billing is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
Full time position. Salary is commensurate with experience
