About the Role:Cipriano Law Offices PC is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team in West Caldwell, NJ. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the financial operations of a dynamic legal environment where accuracy and professionalism are valued every day.
Responsibilities:- Prepare, process, and send client invoices accurately and on time
- Track and follow up on outstanding balances and accounts receivable
- Maintain and update billing records and client account information
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Process payments and reconcile billing statements
- Generate billing reports and assist with month-end financial close
- Respond to client billing inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:- Prior experience in billing and accounts receivable
- Experience working in a law firm is a big plus
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
