Key Responsibilities for the Billing Coordinator Role:

- Process and enter paper-based credit memos provided by AR, ensuring accuracy
- Manage scanning, attaching, and document management workflows in a paperless environment using Adobe
- Complete projects relating to configuring custom invoices
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume, repetitive environment
Qualifications for the Billing Coordinator:
- Demonstrated capacity to learn processes and systems quickly and independently
- Strong detail orientation and accuracy in data entry and billing functions
- Previous experience with Adobe for document management and scanning
- On-site role in the Kent area
