Description

Billing Clerk | Remote | $25-$28/hr

We're seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support travel and expense operations. This role is primarily focused on billing reconciliation, auditing travel expenses, and resolving discrepancies while providing administrative support to a small, collaborative team.

What You'll Do:

Review invoices, receipts, and travel expenses
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
Reconcile expenses in Oracle
Communicate with drivers, hotels, airlines, rental car companies, and vendors
Ensure all charges are accurate and authorized before client billing
Provide administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For:
Billing, auditing, or reconciliation experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage a high-volume workload
Strong Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel skills
Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively

Bonus: Oracle and Genesis experience (training provided)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $25-$28/hr
Location: 100% Remote
