This is a 12 month FTC with the opportunity to go perm.Your responsibilities will includeManaging and maintaining global customer contracts across EMEA.Producing accurate and timely invoices in line with customer agreements and company processes.Working closely with Ricoh Global Services Shared Service Centre teams and OpCos across Europe.Acting as a dedicated billing contact for assigned customer accounts.Responding to customer queries and resolving billing issues efficiently.Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and customer experience.Helping minimise bespoke billing by promoting standardised processes.Assisting with departmental projects and contributing towards team objectives.Working within a fast-paced high-volume environment where accuracy and customer service are key.Were looking for someone who enjoys solving problems building relationships and delivering excellent service.Youll ideally havePrevious experience in billing contract administration finance administration or a similar operational role.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Confident communication skills both written and verbal.Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations professionally.Good Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.The ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.A collaborative approach and confidence working with colleagues across different countries and cultures.Based in Northampton and can commit to 2 days in the office.DesirableExperience working within a Shared Service Centre or multinational organisation.French German or Spanish language skills.Knowledge of contract administration or invoicing systems.
