Summary:
- Our cleint needs a Billing Administrator for Mexico Operations.
- The candidate will report to the Supervisor of Mexico Operations.
- This is a hybrid role and the candidate will work two days from the office (Tuesday and Thursday)
- Candidate MUST be bi-lingual in Spanish.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process all License and Title payment transactions.
- Responsible for processing of sales in used vehicle system.
- Process insurance payments.
- Understanding of ARI and ARIZA's processes and requirements, and Mexico's fiscal requirements.
- Monitors workflow and acts as a short term back up to administrators or fellow support coordinators duties.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Research and problem solving skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
