Position Details:
- Pay: $21.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with payroll processing
- Prepare journal entries
- Support collection efforts
- Complete filing, recordkeeping, and general administrative duties
- Provide assistance with other accounting functions as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping/data entry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- 10-key data entry experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
