Seasoned Recruitment has partnered with a premier outpatient healthcare network in Los Angeles County to find a compassionate and dedicated Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP / FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive, dignified women's health services to a vibrant, diverse patient population. You will work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on high-quality community care and health equity.

• Provide routine and specialized gynecological and preventative care, including well-woman exams, family planning, prenatal/postpartum care, and STI screening/treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive medical histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments independently in both English and Spanish.

• Formulate diagnostic plans, order and interpret relevant laboratory/diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate pharmacologic therapies.

• Deliver culturally competent patient education and counseling tailored to the needs of the community.

• Maintain timely and thorough electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.

• Language: Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required; must be able to conduct clinical exams and consultations independently without an interpreter.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California license as a Nurse Practitioner (with Furnishing license/DEA) or Physician Assistant.

• Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master's in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS).

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience as an advanced practice provider, preferably in Women's Health, OB/GYN, or outpatient community health.

• Certifications: Current national board certification (AANP, ANCC, NCC, or NCCPA) and BLS/CPR certification.

• Work-Life Balance: Predictable outpatient weekday schedule (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM) with no evening or weekend call duties.

• Reasonable Patient Volume: Structured for manageable flow (approx. 20 24 visits/day).
