Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a high-volume warehouse team of approximately 35–50 employees. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is confident managing a large team, maintaining productivity expectations, and keeping warehouse operations organized and moving efficiently.
This position is approximately 90% warehouse-floor based. The ideal candidate is a strong, visible leader who is comfortable making decisions, addressing performance concerns, maintaining accountability, and working alongside the operation when needed.

Proven experience leading a large team; experience supervising 30+ employees strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong leadership presence and ability to maintain control of a busy warehouse floor
Confident communicator who can give clear direction and address employee issues professionally
Able to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong attention to accuracy, productivity, and operational deadlines
Comfortable spending the majority of the shift actively on the warehouse floor
Able to work independently without requiring constant management direction
Weekend availability required
Security-related experience/background is a plus
The Right Fit
This role is best suited for a hands-on warehouse leader, not a desk-based supervisor. We are looking for someone who can walk onto a busy floor, confidently lead a large crew, establish expectations, keep employees productive, and ensure freight continues moving accurately and on schedule.
Candidates should be comfortable balancing people management, productivity, accuracy, and hands-on warehouse operations throughout the shift.
