We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily shipping and warehouse operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, maintain inventory records, support cross-functional teams, and help drive a safe, organized, and productive workplace.

The ideal candidate has experience in shipping and receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations, along with strong organizational and communication skills. If you enjoy leading by example, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilitiesarrow_right

• Lead and support daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities.
• Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments accurately and on time.
• Maintain shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery records.
• Coordinate with operations, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow and resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support warehouse organization and efficiency.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and computer applications to track shipments and inventory.

Qualificationsarrow_right

• Bilingual English/Spanish a must
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in leading a team in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of shipping processes, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
