Bilingual Scheduling & Training Coordinator (6-Month Contract)


Location: Sanford, NC (100% On-Site)
Pay: $23-$24/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
Duration: Approximately 6 Months
Position Type: Full-Time Temporary Contract
Language Requirement: English & Spanish Required 


We are seeking a Bilingual Scheduling & Training Coordinator to provide temporary coverage for an employee leave. Our client is a growing construction and electrical services organization! This role will support workforce scheduling, employee training coordination, compliance tracking, and warehouse administration for a construction-related organization. The position is expected to last approximately six months, with training and transition support provided prior to the leave period. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee training and certifications, including OSHA, CPR, and project-specific requirements
  • Maintain training records and compliance documentation
  • Assist with workforce scheduling and project assignments
  • Upload and track training completion records
  • Support employee onboarding and transfers between projects
  • Coordinate company vehicle assignments and related records
  • Serve as a point of contact for warehouse operations and employee support
  • Communicate with employees, project managers, HR, and training providers 

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with scheduling, training coordination, compliance, or workforce administration preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Procore, HRIS systems, or construction-related environments is a plus
