Bilingual Telephone Banker Highlights
Pay: $28.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) — schedule options may include:Tuesday–Saturday 7:55 AM – 4:55 PM
Monday–Thursday 7:55 AM – 6:55 PM
Tuesday–Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Onsite position (in-office collaboration expected)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Openings: 4
Additional compensation: 8% shift differential for 2nd shift (if applicable)
 
Responsibilities
Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending the best products/services
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, creating customized solutions
Sell and fulfill banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans)
Identify needs that require licensed partners and refer to appropriate lines of business
Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions
Manage risk in each transaction using available tools and guidelines
 
Requirements
Bilingual Spanish
High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent)
Strong customer focus with ability to engage, build rapport, show empathy, and handle objections using plain language
Teamwork mindset and flexibility to work assigned schedules (including weekends/holidays as needed)
Comfortable with ongoing coaching/feedback, change, and learning new technology/processes
Intermediate computer proficiency
Strong organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
Financial services/banking experience
Call center experience (inbound/outbound phone; chat/video a plus)
Sales/telephone sales experience (cross-sell, upsell, referrals)
Personal Banker or high-volume client support experience
