What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  
• Introduce insurance products and identify potential customer needs.
  
• Engage with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers.
  
• Generate interest in insurance products and schedule follow-up appointments.
  
• Build rapport with prospects through friendly, professional conversations.
  
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer information.
  
• Support the agency's sales efforts and help create new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills.
  
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
  
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.
  
• Motivated by goals, productivity, and helping customers.
  
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow up consistently.
  
• Sales, telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience is a plus.
  
• No prior insurance experience or license is required to start.

Insurance Licensing

You can start without an insurance license! The selected candidate must be willing to obtain the required insurance license within 90 days of hire.

Compensation

• Hourly base plus commission/bonus
