Location: Bulls Gap, TN

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Day Shift: 6:45 AM-7 PM | 2-2-3 Rotation

We're hiring a Bilingual Team Lead who leads from the floor, not the office chair. If you know how to rally a crew, keep operations moving, and hit every goal with grit and confidence, we want to talk.

What It Takes to Lead Here:

• English/Spanish bilingual required (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1+ year of supervisory experience with progressive responsibility
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
• On-site QA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead across a diverse workforce
• Proficient with basic business software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Comfortable being hands-on and actively involved on the floor
• Strong leadership presence: passionate, detail-oriented, and action-driven

A Day Leading the Shift:

• Ensure all safety standards are followed (PPE, cleanliness, clear work areas, etc.)
• Complete a full walk-around of the production floor at the start of shift
• Manage effective shift hand-offs to maintain continuity between teams
• Coordinate production schedules each shift (cut length, color changes, line changes)
• Ensure quality and packaging standards are consistently met
• Train and support Product Inspectors and Forklift Drivers
• Print bundle labels using computer systems and handheld devices
• Set up and operate the router as needed
• Manage lunches and breaks for PI and Forklift teams
• Ensure all assigned job duties are being properly performed across the team
• Complete required production and compliance paperwork accurately
• Hold employees accountable using coaching methods (tell, teach, show, hold)
• Set clear expectations and provide corrective coaching or disciplinary action when needed
• Manage PTO requests to ensure proper staffing coverage
• Process time-off requests and submit timesheets accurately and on time
