    Job Summary
    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in providing high-quality speech therapy services to a diverse client population.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist Speech Language Pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide direct speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
    • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members in both English and Spanish.
    • Support assessment and evaluation procedures as directed by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
    Qualifications
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant or related field.
    • Certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant preferred.
    • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with children and adults from diverse backgrounds.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
