Training and Development Manager (Landscape Maintenance, Planting & Snow)
About Us:We are a growing, quality-driven landscaping company specializing in premium landscape maintenance, planting, and commercial snow management. As we scale, we are looking for a dedicated leader to build our training foundation from the ground up and help our team members thrive.

What You Will Do:
As this is a brand-new full-time role in our company, you will have the unique opportunity to help design, create, and implement our official training systems and processes from scratch.
- Field Training: Teach proper landscaping techniques, planting standards, equipment operations, and winter snow procedures both directly on job sites and in our yard.
- Safety & Compliance: Lead regular safety meetings and ensure all field staff strictly follow safety procedures to minimize accidents.
- Onboarding & Hiring: Take an active role in the hiring process, welcome new employees, and manage their initial onboarding experience.
- Program Management: Build and manage training schedules while carefully tracking individual employee progress and skill development.
- Tech Implementation: Train current employees and new hires on using the LMN app for precise time tracking and daily logs.
- Quality Assurance: Balance your training duties with field inspections to ensure our high workmanship standards are met and customers remain fully satisfied.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of practical experience in landscape maintenance, planting, and snow removal operations.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strictly required to effectively teach and communicate with our entire staff.
- Deep patience, strong organizational skills, and a natural ability to teach or mentor others.
- Must be computer literate and capable of learning and administering software like the LMN app.
- A valid driver’s license.
