Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, required
Paralegal Certification; preferred
A minimum of 3 years of Personal Injury (Plaintiff) experience, required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Smokeball Case Management Software experience a plus
Proficiency with computers, telephone lines, and other related office equipment
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent planning and reporting skills
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude

Salary: $50,000-$65,000 per year


Schedule: This position is ON-SITE in our Fort. Lauderdale office, with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 8:30am-5:30pm
