In this role, you'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized insurance support. You'll work closely with our agents and team to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

-Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and policy questions

-Provide personalized assistance with insurance policies, billing, and coverage changes

-Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner

-Support agents and office staff by helping to streamline internal processes

-Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with insurance products and services is helpful.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow through, and follow up effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
