Bilingual Spanish Personal Care Assistant PCA/Monday-Saturday

Job Summary: Join our compassionate healthcare team as a PCA (Personal Care Assistant), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), or HHA (Home Health Aide), where your dedication will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing support with daily activities and medical care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide personalized, respectful, and professional care in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. All positions are paid, recognizing the value of your essential contributions to patient care.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday 12pm-11:30pm

Duties:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate medical documentation within MyEVV
• Medication reminder following proper protocols and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
• Provide specialized care for individuals.
• Managing patients with disabilities or developmental challenges.
• Prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding when needed, and maintain cleanliness by performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning to ensure a safe environment.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly on MYEVV.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred.
• Patient observation techniques, and caregiving best practices.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care.
