Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
SPANISH-SPEAKING REQUIRED

CHASE Staffing is seeking a dependable Spanish-speaking Janitorial / Industrial Cleaner to maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing and distribution facility. This physically active position requires attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, and clean production areas, warehouse floors, hallways, and common areas.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms.

• Empty trash containers and collect waste and recyclable materials.

• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies.

• Keep walkways and work areas clear of debris.

• Follow instructions for safely using and storing cleaning products.

• Report spills, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and supply shortages.

• Follow facility safety procedures and work safely around operating equipment.

Requirements

• Must speak Spanish. English proficiency is a plus.

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

• Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks thoroughly.

• Steel-toe shoes or boots required.

• Must complete required background screening and drug testing.
