Salary Range: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Engage with Spanish and English-speaking policyholders to address questions regarding their coverage, billing, or claims.

Review existing insurance policies to ensure our clients have the protection that fits their current life circumstances.

Document all customer interactions accurately within our agency systems to maintain clear and helpful records.

Reach out to existing clients to share updates about their policies or discuss opportunities to better serve their needs.

Collaborate with the rest of our office team to ensure every client walks away feeling heard and supported.

Maintain an upbeat, solution-oriented mindset during every interaction to foster trust and long-term loyalty.

Fluency in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

Valid Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or customer-facing financial role.

Strong comfort level with computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help others.

Notary Public commission is a nice-to-have but not required.
