Bilingual (Spanish & English) Call Center Representative

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Position Requirements:

• This is a work-from-home position.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with shifts ranging between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Central Time.
• English and Spanish customer support may be required based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Zero or more years of customer service or telephone support experience.
• Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
• Experience using computer software, telephone technology, fax equipment, and help desk software.
• Basic business, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
