Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing is Hiring a bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join a growing skincare company in Irvine! The Customer Service Representative will be a high-touch, white-glove role - the face of support to both customers and distributors.

Location & Schedule

On-site Irvine

Hours: 9:30am-5:00pm

Pay: $22/hr to start

Key Responsibilities

• Fielding and resolving product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support via phone, email, and chat
• Maintaining ownership of cases from first contact through full resolution
• Translating marketing and product content in their other language
• Building strong relationships with distributors (not just end customers)
• Collaborating with operations, logistics, marketing, and product teams
• Embodying brand values: professionalism, warmth, and passion for skincare

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Customer Service or Administrative experience
• Heavy phone experience
• FLUENT English required
