    Grant funded position - County Vaccination Program- expires June 2027

    Your Role & Impact

    As a Community Outreach Worker, you'll be a frontline ambassador for TrueCare, responsible for engaging with underserved populations and connecting them to essential health services. You'll coordinate and attend community events, distribute educational materials, and collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to promote health awareness and increase patient enrollment.

    Your work will help reduce barriers to care, improve health outcomes, and foster trust between TrueCare and the communities we serve.

    What We're Looking For

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong public speaking and presentation skills
    • California Driver's License, Proof of automobile insurance, and a clean driving record/ no tickets/ no accidents. Travel time and mileage compensated. Reliable transportation needed.
    • Associate degree in healthcare or related field, or 2 years of equivalent experience in outreach, healthcare, or customer service
    • Knowledge of local community-based agencies i.e. experience conducting health screenings and community presentations!
    • Availability to work outside of standard hours (e.g., evenings, weekends)
    • Ability to build relationships across diverse populations and wide range of audiences

    The STARTING pay range for this role is $23 during lifespan of this role the maximum pay is - $32.20 on an hourly basis.
