We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager based in Puerto Rico to lead complex technology initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This is an onsite position in the Puerto Rico Metro Area requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and enterprise project delivery expertise.

Professional Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing IT projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading medium to large-scale enterprise technology projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives involving:
- Software Development
- Infrastructure
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Enterprise Architecture
- Cybersecurity
- Business Units
- Third-Party Vendors
- Strong experience managing:
- Project scope
- Schedules and timelines
- Budgets and financial tracking
- Risks and issues
- Dependencies
- Resource planning and allocation
- Experience presenting project status, key risks, mitigation plans, and strategic decisions to Executive Leadership and Steering Committees.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, consulting partners, and external client relationships.
Project & Program Management Expertise
- Strong knowledge of PMI/PMP methodologies, project governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining:
- Integrated Project Plans
- Resource Plans
- RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
