Position Overview

Do you speak Spanish or Korean as well as English? Moon Barnes State Farm in Carrollton, TX serves many families who are most comfortable talking about their finances in their own language, and we want sales team members who can do exactly that. This is a full-time, in-office role. You do not need insurance experience; we pay for your training and help you get licensed.

Your Day

• Meet with Spanish-speaking or Korean-speaking families, explain their options clearly, and help them protect their household with life insurance
• Quote auto, home, and renters coverage and bring up life protection in every review
• Return calls and messages from new leads and referrals quickly, in the language the customer prefers
• Build lasting relationships in the community through referrals and follow-up
• Log your appointments and policies in the agency system and track your progress toward your goals

What You Need

• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Korean, spoken and written, is required for this role
• Willingness to obtain the required Life and Health and Property and Casualty licenses
• Some experience in sales, banking, retail, or customer service is helpful
• A warm, trustworthy manner and steady follow-through

Pay range: $75,000-$95,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
