Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Frederick, MD

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $22-$24/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Work Environment: Fully Onsite

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to join a growing HR team supporting hiring efforts across multiple states. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and helping candidates navigate the hiring process from application through onboarding.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer service oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume hiring needs, particularly for operations, field service, and skilled labor positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job openings on various recruiting platforms
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open positions
  • Conduct phone interviews and candidate pre-screens
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding activities
  • Conduct new hire orientations
  • Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support recruitment efforts for multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, and workforce development programs
  • Assist with HR projects, employee communications, and administrative tasks
  • Support compliance and recordkeeping requirements
  • Help maintain the organization's social media recrui
