Weâve partnered with a well-established organization seeking a Bilingual Receptionist / Executive Assistant to support front office operations and executive leadership. This is a part-time, temp-to-hire opportunity covering a leave, with potential to extend long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional office environment
Provide administrative support including data entry, document prep, and coordination
Assist with scheduling, meetings, and light travel arrangements
Support executive leadership with calendar management and correspondence
Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion
Qualifications
3+ years of administrative or office experience
Experience supporting executives or leadership preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong organization, communication, and professionalism
