Position Summary:
The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing front desk operations, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to different departments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. We’re seeking an energetic, professional, and reliable individual to join our team.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $17/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, packages, etc.).
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling appointments.
  • Organize and prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.
  • Coordinate visitor access and maintain sign-in records.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in reception or customer service.
  • Fluent bilingual (English & Spanish) – required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Energetic personality and positive attitude.
  • Must have consistent attendance and reliability.
