Job SummaryInspect chocolate products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met. Communicate with production employees in both English and Spanish to support quality control and food safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Inspect chocolate products for quality, appearance, and packaging accuracy
- Monitor production processes and identify quality issues
- Document inspection results and report concerns to supervisors
- Communicate quality standards and procedures to team members in English and Spanish
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic documentation and computer skills preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
