Duties
- Lead and coordinate daily quality assurance activities, including inspections, audits, and testing to ensure adherence to ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems to uphold product safety, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular internal and external quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established protocols.
- Oversee root cause analysis for quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions promptly.
- Manage documentation related to quality processes, inspection reports, audit findings, and compliance records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate quality control measures seamlessly into production workflows.
- Lead training sessions on quality systems, standards, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement among staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong focus on quality assurance or quality control roles.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 (medical devices), FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP practices, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits and inspections across complex production processes.
- Strong analysis skills for identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Excellent project management abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with quality systems documentation and compliance tracking tools.
