Description
Help a market-rate apartment community move from leasing activity to dependable day-to-day operations. HRH Search is recruiting a bilingual Property Manager for a full-time, on-site opportunity in the Naranja / Homestead area. Bring practical lease-up experience, knowledge of the South Florida rental market and the ability to work with residents and colleagues in English and Spanish.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the prospect-to-lease process and keep applicant and lease information accurate.
- Support leasing progress as a community moves toward stabilized occupancy.
- Maintain dependable property-system records and handle deposit-accounting activities.
- Communicate with residents, leasing colleagues and management in English and Spanish.
- Coordinate day-to-day property matters and participate in rotating Saturday coverage.
Qualifications
- Market-rate multifamily property-management experience, including lease-up or stabilization.
- Familiarity with the South Florida rental market.
- Professional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Yardi experience is preferred; strong OneSite experience will also be considered.
- Availability to work on site in the Naranja / Homestead area, including rotating Saturdays.
