About the Role:
Willow Insurance Group Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Bilingual Property/Casualty Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Des Plaines, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while leveraging your bilingual skills in a dynamic, fast-paced insurance environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a book of personal and/or commercial property & casualty insurance accounts
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to address coverage questions, policy changes, and renewals
• Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow the agency's book of business
• Liaise between clients and insurance carriers to resolve claims, billing issues, and coverage concerns
• Maintain accurate client records and activity logs within agency management systems
• Provide exceptional customer service to retain existing clients and support new business development

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
• Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred or required
• 2+ years of experience in P&C insurance account management or a related role
• Familiarity with personal lines, commercial lines, or both
• Proficiency with agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
