Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (With potential to increase to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Dress Code: Professional / Casual

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Project Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team! This role serves as the first point of contact for our office while supporting daily project coordination and general administrative operations to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception & Administrative Support: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and assist with general office duties.

  • Project Coordination: Track projects from start to finish, coordinate schedules, and ensure all required documentation is organized and up to date.

  • Vendor & Client Communication: Serve as a primary liaison communicating with vendors, suppliers, and team members throughout the entire project process.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Prior receptionist, administrative, or project coordination experience is a plus.
