Bilingual Production Operations Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

Lead Our Evening Production—And Set the Pace for Tomorrow

At 3:30 PM in our Geneva, IL facility, you’ll kick off the shift by aligning three production leads and a crew of 40–80 associates. You’ll walk the floor across 3–6 lines, confirm GMPs and safety are locked in, and coach in both English and Spanish to keep quality, throughput, and morale high. Through the evening, you’ll balance staffing, remove bottlenecks, and ensure documentation is airtight—wrapping up at 12:30 AM with a clean handoff and a spotless floor.

What You’ll Do

• Direct and develop 3 production leads and a team of 40–80 employees.
• Oversee 3–6 concurrent production lines, adjusting priorities as demand shifts.
• Ensure all production paperwork is complete, accurate, and on time.
• Uphold GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards without compromise.
• Reinforce company policies and ensure adherence to industry regulations.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of production management experience with proven team leadership.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
• Food & Beverage manufacturing background preferred.
• Expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a strong safety mindset.
• Strength in communication, documentation accuracy, and cross-line coordination.
• Hands-on, dependable, and results-focused with high accountability and ethics.
