POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive medicine and wellness.
• Manage approximately 18-22 patients per day in a collaborative outpatient practice.
• Deliver chronic disease management, preventive screenings, patient education, and follow-up care.
• Work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff committed to improving healthcare access for underserved communities.
• Practice within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to culturally competent care.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive salary from $105,000-$142,100 based on experience.
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Active Louisiana Physician Assistant license.
• Vietnamese bilingual required.
• Ability to provide primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and chronic disease management skills.
• One year of experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
