Salary: Up to $65,000 (DOE)
Schedule: 100% In-Office

Position Summary:
The Bilingual PI Intake Manager will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in the client intake process. This person must be professional, proactive, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury intake and be comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial client interviews and gather case details
- Manage and track incoming leads and referrals
- Evaluate potential cases and determine eligibility
- Maintain detailed intake records and client communication logs
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case handoff
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Handle a high volume of calls and emails in a timely manner
Requirements:- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in personal injury intake required
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software a plus
