Job Title: Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Manager
Location: Montrose Area – Houston, TX
Salary: Up to $65,000 (DOE)
Schedule: 100% In-Office
Benefits: Medical Insurance (100% employer-paid) + Free Parking

Position Summary:
The Bilingual PI Intake Manager will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in the client intake process. This person must be professional, proactive, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury intake and be comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial client interviews and gather case details
  • Manage and track incoming leads and referrals
  • Evaluate potential cases and determine eligibility
  • Maintain detailed intake records and client communication logs
  • Work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case handoff
  • Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
  • Handle a high volume of calls and emails in a timely manner

Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in personal injury intake – required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software a plus
