Today, with more than 8,000 employees and decades of expertise, Falcon Farms continues to grow with one purpose: creating long-term value through trusted partnerships, responsible practices, and the beauty of flowers.Job MissionEnsure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for an organization of more than 1,000 employees, in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements in the states where Falcon Farms operates.ResponsibilitiesPlanningPlan the payroll process according to the established payroll calendar and operational requirements.Review payroll changes and updates that will impact each pay period, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, deductions, benefits, and absences.Identify federal, state, and local requirements that may impact the payroll process.Coordinate the information and documentation required for each payroll cycle.Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and reduce processing time.Coordination & ExecutionProcess semi-monthly payroll in iSolved, entering and processing the corresponding payroll changes.Coordinate with HR Representatives and department leaders to validate and process payroll information.Review and process payments, deductions, benefits, and other payroll components.Respond to employee inquiries related to payments, deductions, and other payroll matters.Maintain updated payroll records and files.Assurance (Job KPIs)Maintain the confidentiality and control of employee and compensation information.Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll requirements.Ensure compliance with established payroll processing and payment deadlines.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.Experience processing payroll for organizations with 500 or more employees.Multi-state payroll experience preferred.Authorized to work in the U.S.Bilingual: fluent in English and SpanishExperience with payroll systems, preferably iSolved.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.CPP certification or progress toward CPP preferred.Knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits.
