Job Title: Bilingual Patient Support Specialist
Job Description
The Bilingual (Spanish/English) Patient Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for patients in a community health clinic setting, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth daily operations of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This clinic delivers primary healthcare, dental, and mental health services to individuals and families in public housing communities and surrounding neighborhoods. In this role, you support patients in both English and Spanish, help them navigate services, and ensure that all administrative processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with healthcare regulations.

Work Environment
This is an onsite position based within community health clinic locations. The standard schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a need for flexibility to work shifts within this time window. There are no weekend shifts. The role may require floating between multiple clinic sites in Greenwich and Stamford until all positions are filled. You work in a clinical, patient-facing environment that uses electronic medical record systems such as EPIC and standard office technologies, including computers and Microsoft Office applications.
