Bilingual Patient Account Specialist

What your day will look like:
 

• Determine eligibility of Medicaid & other insurance.
• Data Entry of billable services, client payments, Medicaid/Insurance status, and prior authorizations
• Submit claims
• Process EOB’s remittance, rectify discrepancies
• Meet with clients concerning payment agreements and billing issues.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
 

• Bilingual Spanish with experience in medical billing
• Skilled patient communication skills with ability to establish patient relationships
• EMR experience needed
