- Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with Production, Inventory, Quality Assurance, and Shipping departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure all products are packaged according to approved specifications.
- Assist with general production tasks as needed (sorting, staging, light equipment operation)
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, FSMA requirements, GMPs, HACCP programs, and SQF standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support production flow
