Workforce LLC is hiring a full-time Bilingual (Spanish and English) Onsite Supervisor to join our team!
In this role you will be supervising a team of 90+ operators at our client site in Chesterfield, VA and will be responsible for overseeing the attendance, orientation, safety and daily HR management.
This 2nd shift position will be Mon-Fri from 4:00pm-1:00am and will require on-call support as needed.

What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct all new hire orientations to encompass all client onboarding information and perform check-ins for new hires on their first workday.
- Audit onboarding requirements and ensure new start requirements are met.
- Create and manage reports to identify workforce challenges while escalating staffing needs/requirements to the customer for staffing productivity.
- Participate in customer forecasting meetings and remain informed and knowledgeable of customer current and upcoming business and staffing needs.
- Manage daily attendance and headcount reports.
- Process weekly payroll and maintain a timekeeping database.
- Conduct safety incident investigations and participate in client safety and operational efficiency meetings.
- Manage worker’s compensation and unemployment claims.
- Partner with customer management and supervisors to maintain rapport and consistency in all departments.
- Conduct associate onboarding/offboarding and performance reviews.
Requirements that will make you successful:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of supervisory experience (manufacturing environment is preferred)
- Functional experience in MS Excel
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all platforms
- Ability to listen and respond to information effectively and influence decision-makers
- Ability to effectively manage conflict/crisis
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR experience to include risk management, safety and workers compensation
- Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
- Time-keeping software experience
Working Conditions:
- 70% - Manufacturing office environment with central air and fluorescent lighting.
- 30% - Manufacturing production floor with ambient air units, loud noise, dangerous equipment, and variable lighting.
