    Bilingual Construction Field Administrator
     
     
    About the Role
    Cherry Coatings is seeking a dependable, bilingual Construction Field Administrator to support our Phoenix-area operations team. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for field employees and supports onboarding, timekeeping, purchasing, documentation, and day-to-day office operations. Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish is required.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Communicate with field employees and operations staff as assigned.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for new-hire onboarding.
    • Verify onboarding documentation, maintain employee records, and add new hires to the employee tracker and timekeeping system.
    • Coordinate personal protective equipment distribution and provide new employees with jobsite addresses and foreman contact information.
    • Escalate onboarding questions or exceptions to the Operations Manager.
    • Respond to routine field inquiries involving missing time, application updates, and procedures for ordering materials and equipment.
    • Attend the weekly Operations Team meeting.
    • Maintain kitchen, breakroom, and office supply inventory.
    • Process purchase orders accurately and promptly.
    • Assist employees with TimeKeeper app downloads and device approvals.
    • Review and correct TimeKeeper entries and approvals.
     
    Additional Responsibilities
    • Coordinate badging requirements, including consent forms, and drug-testing records.
    • Provide requested forms to and from field teams.
    • Maintain an accurate, current list of jobsite addresses.
    • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
    Qualifications
    • Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish is required.
    • At least one year of experience in an office or administrative environment is required.
    • Construction or commercial painting experience is preferred.
    • A high school diploma is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
    • Ability to process high-volume data accurately and efficiently.
    • Availability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with Saturdays as needed.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfort using an iPad.
    • Strong math and numerical skills.
    • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
    • Excellent organizational, time-management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Professional demeanor and a proactive, adaptable approach.
    • Consistent work history and reliable transportation.
