About the Role<\/b>
<\/p>
This full time position is primarily outpatient focused,
with approximately 70% of your time spent in clinic and the remainder
supporting dialysis and occasional inpatient rounding. You will partner closely
with nephrologists and interdisciplinary care teams to evaluate, diagnose, and
manage patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, dialysis needs, and
related medical conditions.

patients and families on disease management

Requirements<\/h3>
Applicants should have:

- Licensed
or license eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in
California
<\/li><\/ul>Candidates with nephrology, dialysis, oncology, hospital
medicine, or other specialty care experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Providers with prior dialysis nursing experience will also be strongly
considered. Motivated new graduates are welcome.
