About the Role:
Hope Haven Psychological Resource is looking for a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of diverse clients by providing culturally sensitive, high-quality mental health care. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals, families, and groups
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Provide direct counseling and psychotherapy services in both English and a second language
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and referrals
  • Support crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
  • Engage with culturally and linguistically diverse populations to ensure equitable access to care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active licensure in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) or license-eligible
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish/French Creole preferred)
  • Experience providing individual, group, or family therapy in a clinical setting
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Cultural competency and experience working with diverse or underserved populations
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
