Bilingual Medical Front Desk Coordinator (English/Spanish)

This position serves as the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming and professional experience while keeping the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.
• Collect copays and process payments.
• Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and team members.
• Assist with general administrative and front office duties.
• Help ensure a positive and efficient patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Previous front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to occasionally assist at other ChiroCare of Florida clinic locations is a plus.
