    About the Role
    We’re looking for a Medical Assistant (MA) to support our clinical team in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. This role combines hands-on clinical responsibilities with administrative support to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

    What You’ll Do
    • Prepare patients for visits, including vital signs and health history
    • Assist providers with exams, procedures, and point-of-care testing
    • Perform tasks such as injections, screenings, ECGs, and specimen handling
    • Document patient information accurately in the EHR
    • Support follow-ups, referrals, and prior authorizations
    • Provide patient education and assist with care coordination
    • Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
    • Participate in team huddles, meetings, and community outreach
    • Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance 
    Schedule Expectations
    • Full-time position with at least one evening per week until 8:00 pm
    What You Bring
    • Bilingual English/Spanish required
    • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CAAHEP or ABHES)
    • Current or eligible MA certification in Pennsylvania
    • CPR certification required
    • 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred
    • Experience in community or public health (preferred)
