    The Manufacturing Lead oversees daily production line activities, guides team members, and ensures safety, quality, and output goals are met. This hands-on role requires clear communication in both English and Spanish to support a diverse workforce, resolve issues quickly, and maintain smooth shift operations.

    Key Responsibilities
      • Team Leadership: Direct and support daily work assignments for production team members. Translate instructions, safety guidelines, and company policies clearly between English and Spanish-speaking staff.
      • Production Oversight: Monitor line performance, track output, and help fix minor equipment or workflow bottlenecks.
      • Training & Safety: Train new and current employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rules. Ensure all workers wear required gear and follow plant safety standards.
      • Quality Control: Check finished products for accuracy and quality to reduce waste and scrap.
      • Reporting: Log shift data, production numbers, and attendance records accurately.

    Qualifications
      • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
      • Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production setting.
      • Language: Fluent and professional in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
      • Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar), strong problem-solving abilities, and basic team leadership skills.

    Physical Requirements
      • Ability to stand or walk for long periods during a shift.
      • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
      • Comfortable working in a factory setting with varying noise and temperature levels.
