We operate a fast-growing B2B marketplace specializing in large-parcel cloud fulfillment and drop shipping solutions. We are growing our warehouse and logistics department and are looking for Warehouse Supervisor to joint our fast-growing team immediately.

    About the Role:

    The Bilingual Mandarin Warehouse Supervisor/Manager Trainee plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations while developing leadership skills to advance into a managerial position. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety protocols within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Through hands-on training and mentorship, the individual will gain comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management systems, logistics coordination, and team supervision. Ultimately, this position aims to cultivate a capable leader who can drive operational excellence and support the company’s growth objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices.
    • Technical Skills: Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with UPS and FedEx delivery services.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities


    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
    • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to ensure clear understanding of tasks and safety procedures.
    • Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
    • Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
    • Assist in training and mentoring warehouse associates, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
    • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
    • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and prepare for future leadership responsibilities.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
